Where’s The Wolfman Bucket?

Debuting at the New York Comic Con are these retro-style Universal Monsters Halloween candy buckets from super7. Thus far they have revealed only the Frankenstein and Creature from the Black Lagoon buckets. (Of the two, I think the Creature bucket is my favorite. Love you, Franky!) But where are the other Universal Monsters?

They say these are “retro” like the trick-or-treat buckets kids used to carry back in the 80s. I’m not sure what kids they’re talking about, because I was a kid in the 80s and I never carried anything but a sack. If I was lucky, it was decorated. One year I toted around a ratty old pillowcase. If they’d had anything like these Monster-themed buckets available for sale at my local T, G, and Y, you can bet I would have pitched a big enough fit that my mother would have bought one for me just to shut me up. (This strategy worked not infrequently for me, back in the day.)

Anyway, the buckets should go on sale online fairly soon, and you can get one for a mere twenty bucks.

Actually, I seem to recall reporting on these back when they debuted at Toy Fair earlier this year…
