Werewolf Teapot

This is admittedly a minor quibble, but I’m not above picking some nits now and again. Check out this teapot. Cool, innit? But it’s being sold as a “Wolfman” teapot. As in, *the* Wolfman, the Universal Monsters Wolfman, the most famous of all werewolves. (More on this in a second.) And any true fan can tell you by taking one look at the teapot —that ain’t the Wolfman. If anything, it looks to me like a depiction of Paul Naschy’s Count Waldemar Daninsky. Check out the teapot again. Am I right or am I right? That’s Daninsky. The list-er of the item obviously doesn’t know his werewolves. Cool teapot, though.

As for that other thing, I remember a couple’a-three years ago I was watching the Thanksgiving Day parades. Taylor Lautner was one of the guests. (Anybody remember him?) The drip conducting the interview called him the world’s most famous werewolf or some such. I laughed out loud and muttered some expletives. My family didn’t know what was so funny. But they already knew I was weird, so they didn’t pay much attention to my little outburst.
