SyFy’s ‘Being Human’ Season 2 Promo Released!

At long last SyFy’s Being Human is finally returning! Woot! For those new to the show it is a re-imagining of the popular BBC series that follows three 20-something roommates: A ghost, a vampire and a werewolf who are struggling to keep their dark secrets from the world, while also helping each other out. The show is awesome and I absolutely loved season one, which is why I am happy to report that Being Human is returning with all new episodes Monday, January 16th at 9/8c!

Check out the fantastic Being Human Season two trailer:

I am so excited! As I have said many times in the past, I like the SyFy remake far more than the BBC original. So that little promo makes me all kinds of happy. Can’t wait for season two! I wonder what goodies they have in store for us. At Comic-con panel a few months back, the folks behind SyFy’s Being Human said that they were going to switch things up this season. In season one they stayed pretty close to the original Being Human storyline, but they won’t be doing that in season two.

“This year, we’ll see that we’re striking on a way different path,” promises American executive producer Jeremy Carver. “We’re laying down our own framework here.”

Yes! From what we saw in that promo video season two is going to be an action-packed ride full of blood, fur and ghostly mysteries. Here’s hoping they keep the momentum from season one going. (SPOILERS) In the season one finale Nora found out the truth about werewolf Josh and was scratched in the process, Sally missed her ghostly afterlife door but gained new powers, and Aidan kills Bishop – so I am definitely curious about what happens in season two and how everyone handles the big bad drama that went down in that season one  finale.

Who else is excited about season two of Being Human? I can’t wait to see more of Sam Huntington as Josh, I love him!

  1. I like the stories but the british show is still far better and man what a great season it had with that cliff hanger ending I hope the second season of the american version will be a bit better.
