STRANGER THINGS Star Takes A Stand. Plus A New Poster.

No, the STRANGER THINGS star didn’t take a poster. Or if he did, I don’t know about it. This article’s headline actually refers to two different pieces of news.

Over at our sister site zombies.org this week, I reported on how a woman used the mentality of the characters from THE WALKING DEAD to fight off an attacker, and how apropos this was in light of the Harvey Weinstein scandal. The latter seems to have burst the dam in Hollywood, and outing sexual predators has become the popular new game. (Too bad it took so long for it to catch on. These pervs have been around for decades.) Finn Wolfhard of STRANGER THINGS and IT fame recently cut ties with his management agency after his agent was accused of being a sexual predator. Finn’s just a kid, so I don’t know if he instigated the move or his parents did or what, but it’s a good thing, whatever the case.

On an unrelated note, Netflix has released what is supposed to be the final poster for the upcoming second season of the amazingly-over show, and it’s perfectly vintage. That’s it right ‘chere.

Nice one, huh? The big Cthuloid thing looms menacingly–is there any other way to loom, besides menacingly?–And all our favorites are front and center, with Eleven getting the spotlight, as well she should. The series is set to debut on October 27th. You planning on watching?

Yeah. I know. Silly question.
