Skinwalker Ranch: The Mysterious Helicopter

Turns out it wasn’t so mysterious after all. The last episode saw a helicopter flying by the Ranch and hovering, seemingly spying on the investigators. They were able to notice a camera mounted onto the chopper, but there were no call letters like there would have been if it was a news helicopter. Also there was no flight path lodged with the local authorities. Who was it in that helicopter? The Government? Somebody else up to no good? The same folks who fly the mysterious helicopter in THE WALKING DEAD?

Nothing quite so exotic, I’m afraid. It was just a crew out surveying power lines, making sure they were all kosher and in proper working order. And their version of helicopter GPS hadn’t been switched off, as it seemed. It’s just that reception out there is spotty and wasn’t picking up. Your hardline skeptics have all been crowing that this is evidence that the show is fake—which really only proves that they’ve not watched the show. Otherwise they would have known that no one on the show claimed the helicopter was anything nefarious. They only stated that it was a helicopter with a camera and that they couldn’t identify it. Now it has been identified. Nothing unusual. But if the skeptics want to claim the chopper as some kind of trophy, it’s a pretty damn weak one.
