Does Bigfoot eat people?

In 1965, a journalist named George Draper – who worked for the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper – interviewed one O.R. Edwards about a startling and highly disturbing Bigfoot sighting that Edwards had back in 1942.

This one goes in tandem with my previous post. Sometimes people who claim to have encounters with the creature or creatures known as Sasquatch or Bigfoot report a timid, peaceful man-brute, one seemingly more interested in avoiding humans than causing them any harm. There are, however, occasional reports of quite a different nature, or rather describing a beast of quite a different nature. Aggressive, hostile, possibly intent on killing, more the stuff of a nightmare or a Horror movie. Which is more accurate, presuming Bigfoot exists in the first place? Are BOTH versions accurate? Are Bigfeet like human beings, each with its own unique personality traits? Are their sociopathic Sasquatches? (“Sociopathic Sasquatch” sounds like a great name for some indie Rock band, doesn’t it?)

If this particular account can be trusted, a camper was almost carried away for a Sasquatch smorgasbord. At least he figured that was to be his fate, had he not escaped. But let us not forget that account of the guy “kidnapped” by a family of Bigfeet because they wanted him to join their clan, intending him to mate with one of the clan’s females.

Y’know, being eaten might be the less frightening alternative.
