Direwolf Caught on Camera?
Could be a Direwolf. Could be a werewolf. Could be the ghost of the Beast of Gevaudon. Could just be a freakishly large wolf, and a case of forced perspective. But is sure does *look* like something other than your standard wolf. Look at its tail. That’s considerably longer than the tail of your average wolf. I can’t help but think of that drawing of the Beast of Gevaudon. Look at *its* tail. Looks similar, doesn’t it?
There are actually two videos here. The wolf in the second video looks like a wolf. It looks cute and cuddly. You just want to pet it. The first video, though? Not so much.
Now let’s talk about the dog. That is either the bravest or the stupidest dog ever. Possibly both. I’ve seen dogs too stupid to realize they are outmatched or too feisty to care. I’ve seen videos of a 45-pound pooch trying to take on a grizzly bear. I have to wonder if the dog in that first video survived its encounter with, and provocation of, the animal that looked like a Direwolf, or did it end up as lunch. It ain’t the size of the dog in the fight, as the old saying goes. It’s the size of the fight in the dog. But it’s also the size of the flippin’ teeth of the critter you’re messin’ with!
