“Rachel Gendreau was driving on a deserted rural road one October night when she decided to take a shortcut through a patch of thick woods…”
This story was reported by a local news station, which lends it some credibility; I mean, this wasn’t some flakey weirdo, –the woman holds a degree and was genuinely freaked out. The story follows not only her narrative, but explores the monster craze in America, as well as the fascination with cryptozoology, –and why it’s been amping up so much in the past decade.
Great read from a more informed perspective, and well worth the time. Also, kind of scary. Does this woman’s first-person account of werewolves in the woods give you the creeps?
