A QUIET PLACE PART II Bumped Again—For Good!

It was originally supposed to open a year ago at this time, but the ‘Rona interfered. In fact A QUIET PLACE PART II was one of the very first movies to get pulled from the release schedule. I can’t recall how many times since that initial change the movie got bumped. Its last position on the calendar held it opening in September. Or the last position prior to its current position. Its release date has been changed again—but this time, it’s a GOOD change! Instead of having to wait until September, A QUIET PLACE PART II will now be opening in theaters on Memorial Day weekend! Huzzah!

If there are any fans who are still worried come May about being indoors with strangers, they can wait just 45 days and the movie will be available for livestreaming on Paramount+.

The official spiel: “Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path.”

What a great way to kick off summer 2021!
