The Secret World is an upcoming massively multiplayer online game with a unique modern-day setting and unparalleled freedom of character progression. The game features a wide assortment of characters to play and monsters to fight, including werewolves. I know us werewolf fans are big on killing werewolves, but hey, it’s a new badass game with werewolves in it and that has to count for something, right?

Well, they have me sold, that’s for sure. I’m a huge fan of real MMO’s so The Secret World really has me excited. It’s definitely different, I mean, you get to join actual secret societies like The Illuminati and the Templars and then you explore real and legendary locations such as Stonehenge and El Dorado. It sounds fantastic! I really love the mixture of real world ideas and myths and legends. Even the monsters are awesome, not only are there werewolves, but there’s wendigo, revenants, some freaky thing called akab and many more incredible beasts inspired by folktales. I’m so in love!
This is totally a game I’ll be buying and playing obsessively. Not sure if it’ll beat out my love for WoW, but we’ll find out.
