Even the most religeous man
may cast away his beads
and take the devils dirty hand
to follow where he leads.
for it is said when the wolfsbane blooms
and the full moon is in the sky
that the werewolf’s curse of doom
might enter the most gentle eye.
Bob Mitchum
You would have to be part native .Indians called them shapeshifters and u are’nt half man or wolf you become one or the other i’m part cherokee and iv’e looked into old indian legends where i live theres a legend of the dogman mostly seen around indian sacred grounds. Hollywood is all wrong dont belive the movies you would not walk upright all the time or go around killing people constintly.
And over the years people have made what indians called a beutaful protector
into a monster in the movies. I do belive they walk among us .
I would like to add to timeline slightly.
1550 BC – King Lycaon of Arcadia serves human flesh to the god Zeus and is transformed into a wolf as punishment. The term “Lycanthrope” is derived from this story. Lycaon takes advantage of his wolf side and murders even more people. So the Gods make a beast in the form of a human to battle Lycaon – the world’s first vampire. Lycaon slaughters the vampire, but not before it has bitten more humans. And so the vampires are born and an eternal battle commences
That’s not accurate though, sorry.
I seen one once in Wisconsin with 2 other kids I met at a campground. We were fishing on a dock at a lake not far from the Dells. It was around midnight and we were supposed to be in our cabins but we snuck out to go night fishing. I remember, It came out from the woods and stood near the dock like it was thinking about coming up the dock after us. We all jumped in a boat and freaked out making noise. it ran back into the woods but on all fours. It was standing before it took off. It looked like a giant white wolf. I wish I could remember who the other kids were we all seen it. We stayed in that boat until daylight and never told our parents. We were actully laughing about it by morning but we were really scared.
i think 1 person had d really good point, up there about American Indians that live out there, & besides u can’t really belive everything that, hollwood say that there cause it might or might not 2 true.

Dec 19 a werewolf is reading this now!!!
I’m an arawak, one of the 9 tribes that survived the great migration, i live in south america now and werewolves are very real, but i think our tribe takes it to a new level cause we can shape shift into anything, but we prefer more tropical animals like jaguars, don’t know about all your history but i know werewolves are real.
And yes werewolves are real along with werecats, etc. I am seeking the four: wolves, jacguar and leopard so email me if you have any knowledge.
I’ve been reading these messages and I’m wondering how do you transform
You can’t
why
because what the one guy said that you have to be part indian to be able to do that kind of shapeshifting into a wolf there is a legend called the scinwalker and it seems very real to me nothing fake about it if anything its a really old folklore.
So I’ve been having this dreams about werewolf’s I have never really worried about them or even payed attention to the when I woke up but it’s been 4 years since I started having them and they just don’t stop they not all the same but the most common one is this one.
Im running in the dark woods I look back and I see a boy with golden eyes I look back front and I keep on running I look back again and see the boy turn into a big, black werewolf I look front and I fall I turn on my back and the wolf jumps on top of me, he transforms back to a human but I can see his face I only know he has golden eyes and black hair. Can someone please help me I’ve been dreaming about this same werewolf for
4 years and he is the same exact boy.
I am fascinated by werewolves, wolves, love the moon and have Native American blood within my family tree. Could I be missing something? I believe werewolves are real, along with some other creatures. I have multiple dreams about werewolves and an Alpha, but I can not see him clearly, just feel his presence. Is there something I should be researching or just keep going with the flow?
well….. your coment is real bashful you know i’ve had the same dream once
i read nothing but werewolf novels and werewolf history…..I WANT NOTHING MORE THAN TO BE A WEREWOLF.! i wish i could find out if they’re truly real or not.
they are real duh
well im am just fascinated with the creature and want to be on but im scared cause wat if being a wolf means being evil like devil worshiper
werewolves are creatures taken from the native american folklore stories of skinwalkers and other legends/myths from around the world. hollywood just took the idea and changed them to something for their own advantage to become rich
