Werewolf Strength Training

It turns out that Jacob’s hot body in the Twilight flicks have inspired more than just masturbatory fantasies, it has also inspired trainers to create werewolf exercises.
Sigh. Everyone is cashing in on Twilight now. Lame.

According to the Werewolf Strength Training website:

“Werewolf training is not designed to get you ripped or “toned” (::barfs::), or even super strong, but you will probably get significantly stronger anyway.

It is not necessarily for bodybuilding, but definitely can be used by bodybuilders at a certain point in their training career. After all Werewolf Training IS designed to build muscle.

It is not for powerlifting or strongman training, but some level of strength will definitely be gained with Werewolf Training. Everyone using this routine has added weight to all their major lifts.

If you are a skinny guy and want to gain mass, this is for you. If you are ripped up and shredded but want to have more size, this is for you. If you just want to add 20-30 pounds of muscle to your body for whatever reason, this is for you.

I based this training routine off of 15 years of experience with training and nutrition including my recent evolution into HIIT and HIRT training for fat loss. Periodization and muscle confusion are the two main principles used in this routine, and they will suit you well.

My recent research on Taylor Lautner and how he trained to gain 30 pounds for his role as the werewolf Jacob Black in The Twilight Saga: New Moon is what actually prompted me to write up this routine.”

Ok, as someone that works out on a regular basis, there’s no way in hell I’m going to take a trainer seriously when they say something like “this will probably make you stronger” and then a few lines later then say “strength will definitely be gained.” So what is it? Yes, no, maybe?

While the idea of a Jacob Black training program sounds ridiculously over-the-top to me, it’s actually pretty smart considering how many girls drool over him and how many men want women to look at them in that way. The only problem is that the trainer that created this didn’t sell it well and the whole thing comes off as amateurish.

What do you guys think? Cheesy, desperate, awesome?  Let us know in a comment below.

  1. Hey, I think the workout routine is excellent. Why? Because I wrote it and because there are over 1200 comments on that post from people who have gained muscle and strength from this routine. I appreciate your feedback – perhaps I didn’t do a good job of “selling it” – but most everyone else enjoys the post and the routine. My job is to write helpful fitness posts, encourage controversy, spark search engine relevance, and think outside the box at times. With the Werewolf Training posts, I have succeeded at my job.

Also, you have a great domain here and the graphics are sweet. Should definitely be able to make a couple bucks if you play this domain right. Keep it up!

    1. I never said anything was wrong with the routine. Just the way you sold it. ;) But yea, you definitely went the right route when it came to getting the idea out there and doing what you wanted to do. I know how it works, getting viewers and such, and you did it right. Kudos. But, your posts may want to sound a little more confident. :)

      1. Confident, eh? I guess the post could definiitely do without the maybes, possiblies, and probablies. Let this be a lesson in copy writing.

Speaking of which, how would you like to write a guest post for project swole? Not sure if you have any ideas for writing health or fitness content, but i’d love to feature a guest post from werewolves.com. Do you also own all those other sites like vampires.com and darkness.com, or is it a larger parent company? I just find it very interesting. Thanks.

  3. I just think that someone needs to come up wit a more creative title… I dont think i would take anyone serious that come up to me and was like “O.K. Let’s start your werewolf training,”. Im pretty sure i would look at them strange then talk about them with my girlfriends later.

  4. What? There’s a whole website about to be devoted to Werewolf Training? Aw hell yeah. If anyone has used the Werewolf Training routines, apply to become an author on the new site and post your results.
