Syfy Teases About Season 3 of Being Human

Season 2 of SyFy’s Being Human ended a few months back and the third season won’t return until next year, but SyFy is already dishing on the next season! Production for Season 3 of Being Human just kicked off and the network has provided a little teaser of what we can expect when the show returns in 2013 with 13 episodes.

From the press release:

“In “Being Human”, vampire Aidan (Sam Witwer), ghost Sally (Meaghan Rath), and werewolf Josh (Sam Huntington) share the creature comforts of their Boston brownstone while struggling to keep their supernatural secrets from the outside world. Together they strive to resist the temptations of their true paranormal natures and live lives that are as near to “normal” as possible.

As the new season unfolds, Aidan resurfaces from being “grounded” and finds the vampire community vastly changed; he must find a new approach to feeding that will change his life forever. Sally fights to return from limbo, and Josh must deal with an ominous visitor who comes to Boston looking for him and Nora (Kristen Hager, who returns this season as a regular series cast member).

Executive Producers are Michael Prupas (“The Kennedys”, “Pillars of the Earth”), Jeremy Carver (“Supernatural”), Anna Fricke (“Men in Trees”, “Everwood”), who is also writer/showrunner, and Rob Pursey and Toby Whithouse. Stefan Pleszczynski is Supervising Producer, and Irene Litinsky (Human Trafficking, The Phantom) is series Producer.”

Oooh! Just a little tease, but it’s better than nothing!

What did you think of Season 2 of Being Human? Are you looking forward to Season 3? I am ashamed to admit that I am really behind on Season 2 (tsk tsk), I have lots of catching up to do.

  2. Honestly, not so much looking forward to season 3. While I love my conflicted werewolves, Josh has just taken it too far to the point where I’m surprised he still has friends or hasn’t committed suicide, American Werewolf in London style (which they TOTALLY copied, by the way, how Josh was bittenXD)
    But…since you’re still catching up, I won’t get into detail. ;)
(By the way, something to look into, and I’d LOVE if you did an article on it, SIMS 3 is coming out with a new expansion pack “Supernatural”, which includes werewolves: http://thesims.com/en_us/the-sims-3-supernatural?intcmp=TheSims3StoreJune12_Internal_ComSplash_EP7Preorder )
