Stop in for a pint, and stay for the night. It’s not safe to be out!

I’m totally a country boy. I enjoy visiting the big cities. I find them exciting. But I could never live in one for any prolonged period of time. I’ve got too much of the wilderness in me. There’s a down side to living remote, as I do. For example, you just can’t find cool niche establishments like THE SLAUGHTERED LAMB PUB of New York’s Greenwich Village anywhere but in the big cities. And NYC is too far away for me to drop in on any given afternoon for a beer and to soak up the ambiance, bask in the lycanthropic allure. Dang it.

I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to state that AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON is one of the greatest werewolf movies ever made, do you? The SLAUGHTERED LAMB takes its name from that movie, after the brooding little pub on the English moors where the two hapless American kids seek refuge, before being driven out into the night to meet their fates at the hands, er, claws of a werewolf. The SLAUGHTERED LAMB has a “werewolf lounge” and a “dungeon” dart room. It even serves food! Would I be the first tourist ever to visit NYC just to go to this locale?
