Plot synopsis for Breaking Dawn: Part 1 & 2:

“In the highly anticipated next chapter of the blockbuster ‘The Twilight Saga’, the newfound married bliss of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is cut short when a series of betrayals and misfortunes threatens to destroy their world.

After their wedding, Bella and Edward travel to Rio de Janeiro for their honeymoon, where they finally give in to their passions. Bella soon discovers she is pregnant, and during a nearly fatal childbirth, Edward finally fulfills her wish to become immortal.

But the arrival of their remarkable daughter, Renesmee, sets in motion a perilous chain of events that pits the Cullens and their allies against the Volturi, the fearsome council of vampire leaders, setting the stage for an all-out battle.”

  1. Ah, Breaking Dawn. Never ceases to amaze me that they broke this into two films.

I’m still of the opinion that Jacob/Renesseme is quite creepy, and I doubt they can tone that down for this flick. Simple math tells you why. No matter how many years it is for her to mature, she’s still 7 human years old when Jacob is 25. People can look older than they are in age, and she is no exception.

I think I’ll hold off on watching this until I see Spoony’s V-LOG on it, and the RiffTrax come out. Otherwise, am I glad this is almost over.

    1. You speak from my heart. Sadly we will have to deal with its legacy for years, no matter how racist, sexist and the like it is.

  2. I use to Like Twilight… but then I ended up getting involved in some relationship issues with a would-be girlfriend of mine. Now I’ve basically boycotted love in general… brings up too many painful emotions.

    1. Now I wish werewolves really did exist. But to return back to the subject of the article, I might see it… MIGHT.
